These terms explain how you may use Latsol Yuk!, including the free service, Pro access, and the rules that apply.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Latsol Yuk!, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please stop using the service.

These terms apply to every visitor and user, whether you use the free service or Pro access.

2. The Latsol Yuk! Service

Latsol Yuk! is a web app for TIU (Tes Intelegensia Umum) SKD CPNS practice questions and Try Out simulations with a CAT-style interface. It runs directly in your browser with no installation required.

The free service can be used without registration and includes 5 questions for each of the 10 TIU sub-materials, plus 1 Try Out of 35 questions, for a total of 85 questions. Every question comes with a full explanation and a progress report.

Pro access includes 25 questions for each of the 10 TIU sub-materials, plus 3 Try Outs of 35 questions, for a total of 355 questions.

Our TIU reference follows the public KepmenPANRB No. 321/2024: 35 TIU questions, a correct answer is worth 5 points, a wrong or blank answer is worth 0, the maximum score is 175, and the passing grade is 80, equal to at least 16 correct answers.

We may add, change, or discontinue parts of the service over time, including the number of questions and materials.

3. Eligibility

You may use Latsol Yuk! if you are able to enter into a valid agreement under the laws that apply in Indonesia.

Users under 17 years old may only use this service with the permission and supervision of a parent or guardian.

4. Accounts and Access

The free service requires no registration or account. You can open and start using the practice questions right away.

Pro access is personal and non-transferable. Do not share, lend, or sell your Pro access to anyone else. We may limit or end access that is shared or transferred.

5. Price and Payment

The free service is available at Rp0. Pro access is sold for Rp39.000 for a 6-month period.

The purchase page (/akses) is still in preparation and cannot process transactions yet. Once it is live, purchases will be processed by a third-party payment provider. We do not store your card or account credentials. If the price changes, we will announce it in advance.

6. Prohibited Use

When using Latsol Yuk!, you must not:

Scrape, bulk-extract, or copy the questions, explanations, or any other part of the service.
Resell, redistribute, or publish our content without written permission.
Share Pro access with others or use one access for multiple people.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to obtain the source code of the service.
Interfere with, overload, or attempt to damage the service and the systems that run it.
Use the service for unlawful activity or to harm others.

7. Intellectual Property

All questions, explanations, materials, design, and the Latsol Yuk! brand belong to Latsol Yuk! and are protected by applicable law.

We give you a limited, personal, and non-exclusive licence to use the service for study. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

8. Disclaimer

Latsol Yuk! is an independent platform. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to BKN, KemenPANRB, or any government institution.

Latsol Yuk! is not an official product of BKN, KemenPANRB, or any government institution, and does not represent those bodies in any way.

Try Out scores on Latsol Yuk! are simulations, not official results. We do not guarantee that you will pass SKD CPNS or any selection. Practice results are a study aid only.

9. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided as is and as available. We work to keep the service running and accurate, but we do not promise that it will always be free from interruption or errors.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the service. This limitation applies under the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.

10. Changes to the Service and Terms

We may update the service and these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The latest version is always shown on this page together with its updated date.

If you keep using Latsol Yuk! after a change takes effect, you are considered to accept the new terms.

11. Ending Access

We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms & Conditions, including the rules on prohibited use. We may also stop the service entirely with reasonable notice.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted under the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any dispute that arises is resolved in accordance with the laws that apply in Indonesia.
